This thesis for the HMONP (Habilitation à la Maîtrise d'Œuvre en son Nom Propre) is a reflection on my past work experiences as basis for getting allowance to the architecture chamber.

It traces architectural european politic, complexities, challenges and potential of the european scale in the architectural practice of the project.
