Prinzessinnenstraße

The web is an urban and architectural figure based on the ambition of embodying the highest level of communication in a working structure and maximizing sunlight in all units. Moreover, the proposed typology provides urban coherence and forms diverse courtyard spaces.

The central space provides a representative entrance situation and multifaceted collaboration spaces. The floor plans are designed to allow a modular hybrid structural construction as well as prefabricated facades that follow an efficient logic without monotony. The competition was organized in dialogue with the investor, and our design was awarded a shared first prize.
